Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peptide Pressure (the "Site," at peptidepressure.io), operated by Interstellar Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Peptide Pressure is an editorial and educational research platform. All content, including compound breakdowns, evidence gradings, the quiz, and responses from the Malik assistant, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Site does not sell peptides or any research compounds.
• The Site does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and nothing on it creates a doctor-patient or professional relationship.
• The Site does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• The Site does not encourage the unsupervised human use of any research compound (see the Affiliate Disclosure in Section 8 regarding third-party supplier links).
• You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and should consult a licensed medical professional before acting on any information.

3. No Reliance; Assumption of Risk

Information on the Site, including evidence gradings and source summaries, may be incomplete, may not reflect the most current research, and may not apply to your situation. You agree not to rely on the Site as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or other qualified advice, and you assume all risk arising from your use of the information.

4. The Malik Assistant

Malik is an automated educational chat assistant grounded in the Site's research library. You understand that:

• Malik provides education only and never medical advice.
• Automated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not reflect your individual circumstances.
• You should independently verify any information and consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
• You should not submit personal health information or sensitive personal data to Malik. Submissions are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Anti-Doping Notice

Many compounds discussed on the Site are prohibited in competition or out of competition under anti-doping rules (for example, the WADA Prohibited List). If you are subject to anti-doping regulations, you are responsible for verifying any substance's status with your governing body. The Site is not an anti-doping authority and does not certify any substance as permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, breakdowns, gradings, graphics, molecular renders, design, and the "Peptide Pressure" and "Strength University" names and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the content for your own educational use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mine, resell, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission. Citations and links to primary sources remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to promote unlawful activity;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content or data;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
• misrepresent the Site's educational content as medical advice or as an endorsement to acquire or use any compound.

8. Third-Party Links and Destinations

The Site links to third-party resources, including scientific literature, registered trials, regulatory pages, and any external destinations referenced after the quiz or within Malik. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Affiliate links. Some outbound links, including supplier links referenced on compound pages, after the quiz, or within Malik, are affiliate links. Interstellar Digital may earn a commission on purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you. These suppliers sell research-use-only material. An affiliate link is sourcing information, not an endorsement to acquire or use any compound in humans, and it does not change the educational, non-advisory nature of the Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERSTELLAR DIGITAL, ITS OWNERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interstellar Digital and its owners and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site or the law evolves. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
