How Peptide Pressure collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide Pressure (the "Site," accessible at peptidepressure.io), operated by Interstellar Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Site.
Peptide Pressure is an educational research platform. We do not sell peptides or any research compounds, and we do not provide medical advice. See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to all visitors to the Site. The Site is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See Section 9.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you give us directly.
- Email address: when you join the Research List or contact us.
- Quiz responses: the goal selections you make in the "Find Your Protocol" quiz, used to generate an educational recommendation.
- Messages you send to Malik: text (and, if you enable voice, transcribed speech) you submit to our educational chat assistant.
- Any information you include when you contact us by email or other means.
b. Information collected automatically.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical data, including IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
c. Malik conversation data.
Your Malik conversation history is stored locally on your device and is not retained on our servers as a saved transcript. However, to generate a response, the text you submit is transmitted to our third-party artificial-intelligence service provider, Anthropic, for processing. Anthropic processes your message under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not enter personal health information, identifying details, or any sensitive personal data into Malik.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its educational content;
- generate quiz recommendations and Malik responses;
- send Research List emails about new breakdowns and category updates (only if you subscribed);
- respond to your inquiries;
- measure and analyze usage to improve content and performance;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to diagnose, treat, or make medical decisions for you, and we do not provide it to anyone for those purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (processors) who operate the Site on our behalf, including our database and hosting platform (Supabase), our email provider (Google / Google Workspace), and our artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic). These providers may access information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.
5. Email Communications
If you join the Research List, we will send you periodic educational updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and you may opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect content you can access on the Site.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly, remember preferences, and understand usage. We may use analytics services to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage so we can improve content and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
EEA / UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (for example, the Research List), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site), and compliance with legal obligations.
To exercise any right, email privacy@peptidepressure.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Research List email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Automatically collected technical data is retained per our analytics and hosting providers' standard periods.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@peptidepressure.io and we will delete it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
The Site is operated from the United States (California). If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site links to external sources, including peer-reviewed literature, registered trials, and regulatory pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. Review their policies separately.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Site or the law evolves. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
